Copyright

Issues related to copyright, and the larger area of intellectual property rights, have
become increasing important to educational institutions.  For libraries, the issues often
revolve around fair use and copying for reserves.  For media centers, the issues often
revolve around copying over the air broadcasts and replaying copied materials for
classes.  The following sites are provided to help you stay within the copyright law as
required by the Faculty Handbook, but this should not be construed as legal advice.
