Cleveland Memory Project. The most comprehensive on-line source of historical photographs for Cleveland. It is filled with photos of some of the city’s architecture and landmarks, as well as interesting information on famous/infamous Cleveland area people such as Elliot Ness and Dr. Sam Sheppard. It is a collaborative effort of the Special Collections Dept., Digital Processing Unit, Technical Services Dept. & Systems Division at the Michael Schwartz Library, Cleveland State University.
Greater Cincinnati Memory Project. This project has digitized and stored in electronic media 6,000 pre-1940 photos, postcards and slides.Pre-1940 photos, postcards and slides relating to landmarks and events of local interest (with limited text) are now accessible on this Web site for use by researchers, students, and the general public.
Columbus Memory. Columbus Memory is an online archive of Columbus history. It is a collaborative project between the Columbus Metropolitan Library and the Columbus Historical Society providing access to thousands of images, primary documents, maps and artifacts about Columbus, Ohio.
Toledo's Attic. Toledo's Attic has been the virtual museum focusing on the twentieth-century history of Toledo and Northwest Ohio, offering a large collection of images and essays related to local history. Toledo's Attic is a co-operative project of the Ward M. Canaday Center of the University of Toledo, the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, the Maumee Valley Historical Society, and is hosted by WGTE Public Media.
