These databases are designed to help you identify relevant periodical articles through keyword or subject searches. In most cases there will be links to either the online version of the article or a listing of the library's holdings. If you are not sure, you may check the library's Periodical Holdings List and/or its alphabetical list of article databases. These databases are listed in the order in which the library recommends them.
PsycINFO. The online version of Psychological Abstracts provides indexing to articles and books chapters published worldwide from 1887 to the present.
Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection. Provides full-text to nearly 500 journals in psychology, psychiatry, and anthropology.
Psychological Science. The highest ranked empirical journal in psychology, is a peer-reviewed monthly journal with cutting-edge research articles, short reports, and research reports spanning the entire spectrum of the science of psychology. Psychological Science is the source for the latest findings in cognitive, social, developmental, and health psychology, as well as behavioral neuroscience and biopsychology.This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)

ISI Web of Science. Part of the Web of Knowledge platform, this is the combined database of the Science Citation Index, the Social Science Citation Index, and the Arts and Humanities Citation Index. Searchable by keyword and author, but more importantly by cited reference.
Academic Search Complete. Multidisciplinary database that indexes and abstracts some 9,300 periodicals, both popular and scholarly. Provides full-text to more than 5,300 journals.
JSTOR. Fully searchable full-text of nearly 1,000 scholarly journals. JSTOR provides back files to the first issue of a journal, but stops 3 to 5 years before the current publication year. Covers all disciplines.
Electronic Journal Center (EJC). Searchable, full-text issues of journals from a number of major publishers. More than 7,000 journals are available.
