Indexes and abstracts some 3,200 business-related publications.  Provides full-text to 2,700+ periodicals with some 880 being peer-reviewed journals.  Some coverage goes back to 1965.

Index to some 1,000 trade and business publications with more than 60% available in full-text.
LexisNexis Academic Universe (off-campus Hiram users, click here)
More than 5,000 sources provide full-text coverage of business, law, medicine and health, news and general reference sources.

Updated daily, this resource provides the full-text of some 65 sources, including PR Newswire and Business Wire.
American City Business Journals (off-campus Hiram users, click here) 
This free to all database contains searchable full-text from 39 metropolitan business newspapers, all published by American City Business Journals, Inc.  Covering 1996 to the present, the database includes publications from Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo among others.

Multi-disciplinary database that indexes and abstracts some 4,300 periodicals.  Provides full-text to more than 3,300 with 2,500 being peer-reviewed journals.

Searchable, full-text issues of nearly 4,000 journals from major publishers. 
PAIS International (off-campus Hiram users, click here) 
Indexes international publications related to public affairs, including politics, international relations, policy issues, and public administration.

Locating Periodicals
Once you have identified relevant articles for your topic, you will need to find the actual article.  Depending on the database(s) you searched, you may have already found the text of the article online.  If not, to see which articles are owned by the Hiram College Library, check the Hiram College Library Periodicals Holdings List, as well as the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Finder to see which periodicals are available online in full-text.
