Government Documents

The Hiram College Library has been a U.S. Federal Depository Library since 1874, and contains over 52,000 government Publications in tangible format (print, microfiche, maps, etc.) and provides access to over 110,000 online resources. Digital resources can be found in the Library’s catalog, and most tangible items are kept on the third floor.

The Government Publications collection is arranged according to the Superintendent of Documents Classification System (SuDoc), and housed separately from the book and other collections. For more information on this system, please visit the “Locating & Citing” tab.
