Relax Your Body

Evidence shows that spending 10-15 minutes of intentional time in nature can have a demonstrated effect on your stress levels, mood, and ability to concentrate. Hiram College has many natural spaces on campus. You do not have to go into the woods or completely immerse yourself in the wild to obtain benefits from being in nature. Even looking out the window at a natural space can help. 

However, if you'd like to explore further, visit the Field Station!

Visit the fountains on campus. One is in the garden in front of the library, and one is behind the library.
